SHIPPING COMPANIES AND SERVICES
Oriental Instruments main courier is DHL for the shipment of orders but if the customer prefer other couriers, it’s definitely no issue.
TRACKING SERVICE
Every instrument shipped internationally will have a tracking number i will send you when i have shipped your order.
SHIPPING WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDER
Generally packages are send within one days after the payment in full is received. Packages receive a track and trace code, with which you can track the status of your shipment.
If for some reason an order has been delayed or can only partially be executed, you will be notified no later than two days after the placement of your order. In that case, you are entitled to cancel your order.
INSURANCE AT NO EXTRA COSTS!
All packages sent by Oriental Instruments are fully insured at no extra costs against loss and damage.
DELIVERY HOURS
Please take into account that you have to be present at the delivery address from 9.00 a.m. until 17.00 p.m. to receive the package.
In the case that a courier visits you when nobody is present, he will make a new delivery attempt the next day. In the case that again nobody is present, the courier will leave the package at the depot for a week. Please keep an eye on the tracking.
